Pneumatic Air Interlock Valve

Product Description

The pneumatic interlock valve is installed on the bottom loading and unloading joint and the oil and gas recovery DU fittings to prevent accidental shedding during the feeding process.

Can be used for API valves, oil and gas recovery joint valves, when connected to the loading arm, to prevent it from opening the loading frame.

There are three directional pneumatic switches that can be used for normal opening and closing, it has a regulating lever and matches the standard TTMA and API mounting holes, and it is used in a variety of different applications for better security.

Product Type Use:

• The air interlock valve button plunger is a steam recovery accessory, installed at the bottom of the loading adapter, and used to lock the brakes outside the truck by the driver.
• The steam separator is installed in the pipeline. Before the air enters the pipeline, it will enter this separator for analysis. The air will be purified, and lubricant will be added. Then it will enter the pipeline to lubricate spare parts. There is a regulating valve in the separator to regulate the pressure.
• Our air interlock valve button plunger can be inserted into the interlock protection lever and door from the APLS drop protection device and steam adapter.
• Our valve adopts a unique and innovative “closed-loop exhaust valve” design, which does not require a vent hole on the back cover, thus providing a completely sealed design, which will not “inhale” moisture or pollution during use. For long-term trouble-free operation, maintenance requirements are minimized.
